This is the best hotel in Baguio that's less expensive than the hotels at Camp John Hay. It's a bit far from the city center as it is between The Mansion and Mines View Park. Meaning, it's away from the noise and crowd of the city - that is if you're looking for a quiet retreat after strolling in the city (or SM). We booked 2 bedrooms with two beds each. The beddings are good. Glad they have a smart TV with netflix, and other stuffs. The breakfast at the terrace is great. Love the morning breakfasts. You can easily get a taxi from this location but if you cant, the hotel staffs will kindly help you get one. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book this hotel again.

There's a current construction right across the hotel, destroying the lovely morning view of rising sun behind tall pine trees :(

Generally the facility is ok but it was not worth the price, compared to what is available in Baguio, the rate per night, the hotel facility, they could have offered more or better or higher quality amenities. Truthfully though, we did not spend much time in the hotel. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices, the room was good anded comfortable, the bathroom could be better with improved amenities (it did not even have a face towel) and the minibar was below expectations, had nothing to offer for a late night. But yes, I might try the hotel again. Thanks

The location is perfect if you want to have a quiet and relaxing time. They have amazing view from your own room and the view you can enjoy while relaxing on the comfort of your bed. The breakfast and room service food is worth it. We are impressed how polite and helpful the staff. They respond to guest needs very quick. They have ATM machine, so you don't have to worry running out of cash.

I always enjoy staying at Grand Sierra. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is as always, very friendly and helpful. They are also quick to respond to requests. Will definitely stay here again!

The staffs were super nice and very attentive to guests needs. Every aspect of the property is just perfecf, clean, spacious, nice design. We went during the lean season when you may catch a bad weather but it was not a problem for us as the indoors has this outdoorsy ambiance. Lots of leaving space to hang when you just want to leave your room. The food was great and has lots of selection. Dont be scared consuming the snacks at the minibar in your room as it is just reasonably priced unlike in other hotels :)

The daily cleaning of bathroom , If you are a long staying guest, can still be improved, more imprtant than other areas of the room.

CC charged twice even after telling them not to do it. The payment was suppose to to be made at property during checkin but my card was debited during booking which is against the booking.com policy and as stated in the booking.com website. Disappointed.

the view outside our room was a letdown. if i remember right a cleaner was about to enter our room but we told her we would just bring our packages in. i decided to use the comfort room and the cleaner just started knocking on the door. my husband got irritated and told her to please wait.

Staff are pleasant and easy to chat with. Great incorporation of glass walls in atrium which showcased trees in the property, giving one more views to enjoy.

Very family friendly and very beautiful. Please just work out the opportunities listed because I would love to come back here with my family again

not a handicapped accessible property--difficult with my mother in tow @ 88 years old, using a wheelchair no handicapped parking and not enough parking in general very long check out process (15 min) and then we were told 3 food items were missing from the mini-bar which we didn't consume restaurant closes too early so you can't order a drink after 10pm which is unfortunate because you have such a nice restaurant asked server in restaurant if we could purchase a sausage at lawn cart and bring into the restaurant and immediately he said no problem. We then asked him if he could order for us and bring to us and he immediately then said they were now closed (9:30) when they were supposed to be serving until 10p. Our perception (which is all that matters) is that he was too lazy to go downstairs and place and then wait for the order. Didn't sit well with us During breakfast I felt like I worked in the restaurant, obviously at a buffet you have to get your own food but really very little on the table other than placemats. Had to get our own coffee + refills, juices, silverware, no s&p on table, etc. the "egg" chef couldn't keep the orders organized and was giving people eggs out of order so some people waited a very long time (us) and some waited no time at all. Also omelettes didn't look good at all. The guy is trying to cook decent eggs on a flat top grill instead of sauce pans. Hospitality is a huge opportunity at the property. Nice size flat screens in restaurant but they were never turned on Why do you charge to use the pool table? It was never in use the entire time we were there... Need a bigger wine selection

The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. I particularly liked the garden--it was spacious and had a nice bonfire, games that children could play, and barbecue.

The breakfast could be improved, especially the juices. I think they should serve fresh juice instead of powdered ones. Also, their bar closes at 10PM which is too early, in my opinion.

Everything i could think off was available in the room. Staff amazing! 10/10 would book again.

Questions about which staff member was the best. They where all great so in my opinion there is no need to differentiate in a great team!

I felt I was rob, I paid for a 9 years old yet I booked 2 children, there were only 4 towels yet there were 5 adults how about the kids and to top it all I paid the extra 250 for breakfast for the child whom I thought I booked when the date of births were taken. Also there were roaches.. I gave it to the front desk clerk, They don't have hand clover communication so I had to deal all of this instead of relaxing with my family whom I made mention I didn't see for 17 years. It was stressful instead of relaxing. I won't even suggest it to friends... I ask when I booked extra bed. Anyway, just the breakfast was great and I hope that was the best view for pine trees already.
